On request, a certified cold coach or a breathwork coach from our network guides your group: with breathing practice, a safe entry and a routine that gives beginners courage too.
The Tower measures 75 × 35 × 35 cm, weighs 35 kg (77 lbs) and stands on wheels. It runs on a standard socket, outdoors on a suitable outdoor socket.
Yes. Indoors with a bathtub or our tub, outdoors with the inflatable tub on firm, level ground.
For healthy people a short, calm ice bath is manageable. Guests with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy or other conditions should check with a doctor first. A coach on site ensures a safe routine.
